i have no idea how u guys get these creative lauots with scattered links.... i need some help cuz i could make alot of cool layouts if i knew what the hell to do.

Okay people I'm new at this layout making thing. I know jow to edit picures really good but i'm lost on how to start a layout from scratch any help or pointers???
